Infiniti Q50 has always been known as a luxury and sporty sedan, so it is exciting to find out the further redesign plan with 2023 Infiniti Q50. On the exterior side, the design is fresh and remains exciting. The inside is still fresh and good too, so it is a good thing if the ride gets a tad bit of refreshment – just to keep everything remains exciting and good.
The Redesigned Plan
According to the plan, the entry base would be similar to the current design. The general characteristics will remain the same as the current one. The on-going model has been around for 8 years and its performance is still impressive despite its running on the good FM platform. This is probably one of the many reasons why the sedan isn’t appealing to the younger generations.
It’s difficult to think, though, what kind of work will the ride get – considering that the ride has gorgeous body construction and work with its curvy and smooth lines. Even when the ride doesn’t come with any change, it would be exciting to see some new color picks.
The Interior Cabin
There won’t be any significant changes on the inside. The layout on the inside will remain the same – which means that you can still expect a lot of good things there. The space is roomy and generous, even with both rows. The front seat is considered the best – and many like it. Visibility is also impressive. What to like about the inside is the generous cargo capacity with its 1.35 cubic feet. However, the dislike features on the current model is the complicated and difficult infotainment dual-screen system. So, hopefully, the company is thinking about improving this aspect, naturally.
For the technologies, there are possibilities of some additions for 2023 Infiniti Q50. The current one is already good, but having extra add-ons would be nice. With climate control dual-zone, keyless entry, HD Radio, WiFi hotspot, and voice recognition, it would be nice to have premium stereo, navigation, moonroof, ambient interior light, and more.
Engine and Performance
Since significant changes aren’t happening, we expect similar arrangements that are quite familiar. There is the twin-turbo V6 engine with 3.0 liter capacity. The base type will produce 300 hp of power. There is also the same arrangement, producing 400 hp of power for those wanting to enjoy faster experience. Both are paired up with auto 7-speed transmission with standard rear-wheel driving system. The all wheel driving system is offered as the optional.
The fuel economy system for the base engine would be 20 mpg for the city and 29 mpg for the highway. The higher engine produces 19 mpg for the city and 26 mpg for the highway.
Price and Release Date
If everything goes as planned, the new Q50 Infiniti should be ready by the last quarter of 2023. If you prefer the coupe, instead of the sedan, you can opt for Q60. Yes, it is especially created for the coupe style. For the price, the 2023 Infiniti Q50 is likely set starting from $37,000.
